Return and Refund Policy

Simuderu may not yet sell active products through the website. This policy explains how returns and refunds will be handled when digital or physical products become available.

Physical products

For physical products, such as apparel, caps, prints or stickers, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, unless a legal exception applies.

Return conditions

Products should be unused, undamaged and, where possible, returned in their original condition. Product-specific return information will be shown at purchase.

Different rules may apply to digital products, downloads, templates, apps, sheets or online access. File issues

If a digital file does not work or cannot be accessed, contact info@simuderu.nl. A repair, redelivery or suitable solution will be considered.
