These terms explain how Simuderu works. Simuderu is a personal creative ecosystem for projects, digital products, visuals, design, tools and ideas that may grow over time.

Business information

Use of the website

You may use the website to view information, discover projects and follow future products or tools. You may not use the website for abuse, copying content without permission or actions that may cause harm.

Products

Simuderu may later offer digital products, templates, mockups, apps, sheets, visual assets or physical products. Product pages will explain what is included, the price and the applicable terms.

Digital products

Digital products may only be used under the license shown with the product. Resale, redistribution or offering the files as your own product is not allowed unless explicitly stated.

Payment

When payment functionality becomes active, payments may be processed through Mollie or another payment provider. Active payment methods will only be shown when they are actually available.

Practical overview services

When Simuderu offers practical overview services, such as Budget & Overview Coaching, these are focused on clarity, structure and preparation. Simuderu does not take over financial or legal responsibility and does not act as an official debt counsellor, debt mediator, guardian or financial adviser.

Photography and videography

When Simuderu offers photography or videography services, price, scope, planning, usage rights and delivery will be agreed in advance. Unless separately agreed, no guarantees are given regarding reach, sales results or marketing effect.

Signage, wrap and installation support

When Simuderu offers project-based signage, wrap or installation support, price, planning, location, material, responsibilities, safety and scope will be agreed in advance. Unless separately agreed, no guarantees are given regarding final result, material lifespan or suitability of surfaces.

Design, merch and future products

When Simuderu offers products such as digital assets, apparel, prints, mockups or functional objects, pricing, delivery, usage rights, return conditions and product-specific terms will be clearly shown on the product page or during checkout.

Right of withdrawal

For physical products, legal rules for online purchases apply. For digital products, exceptions may apply when delivery starts immediately with the customer’s consent.

Intellectual property

All text, visuals, logos, designs, products and concepts on Simuderu.nl remain the property of Simuderu or the rightful owner unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Simuderu aims to provide information carefully, but cannot guarantee that everything is always complete or error-free. Use of tools, templates or information remains your own responsibility.

If you have a complaint or issue, email infosimuderu.nl. A reasonable solution will be looked for.

Dutch law applies to this website and these terms.
